“Because that’s who you are, Wilfred. You were always this. Waiting for me all this time.”
Whovian Running Club is thrilled to announce the second annual holiday medal:
No, I Shan’t. It’s a 5k! 🔭
Your registration includes this stellar 3″ medal featuring our dearest Yuletide hero, and honorary WRC grandfather, Wilfred Mott! As with every WRC medal, all our registrants around the world also receive a beautiful custom sublimated ribbon (complete with holiday dance moves you can practice on TikTok), and your very own personalized digital bib!
Proceeds from this event will support all five of this year’s WRC charity partners!
“So, everybody’s scarpered. Gone to the country. All except me and Her Majesty.”
Wilf is an adorable, wide-eyed example of the absolute best humanity has to offer. Boundless devotion to family, the monarchy, and England. Celebrate the holiday season and love for our darling antler-wearing news-seller with the official “No, I Shan’t” event shirt!
Available in multiple fabrics and styles from tees, to tanks, to hoodies, proceeds will also support our five 2020 charity partners!
**IMPORTANT NOTE: The campaign for these shirts closes on Monday, November 30…that’s a full week before medal registrations close! This is done so that you will have your holiday themed apparel in time for holiday celebrations!
“Anyway, don’t go thinking this is goodbye, Wilf. I’ll see you again, one more time.”
Remember that this is a ‘virtual’ active event, so you can complete your five kilometer distance however, wherever and whenever you want! How? You can walk, run, skip, Wilf-dance, or stroll around with a trusty red thermos. Where? You can do it around your neighborhood, on the treadmill, or on your favorite park trail. When? You can do it on a Monday morning, a Thursday night while gazing at the stars, or a Saturday afternoon. It’s all up to you!
Registration closes at midnight on December 6. Medals will ship globally the following week.
